I called mid-Tuesday asking if they could help me move Wednesday 9am. The rep was on it and sent me 2 guys, Islom and John with a 16' truck the next day.

The move went exactly as I'd expected and they were able to accommodate to my special requests as I needed to make a quick pit stop to drop off a third of my boxes at a house nearby before moving my classroom full of boxes to another school. They were helpful and I couldn't be more happier. I will surely use them again for my next move.

They were a pleasure to work with, communicated frequently and clearly so we were informed every step of the way, and were quick as all hell!

I called around to a couple of companies looking for a mover to help me relocate to Santa Monica from Pasadena. The guy on the phone was very helpful and gave me a date and estimate right away. I paid $50 deposit and even got a yelp deal ($20 for $40). Daniel and Angel came to help with the move and they were great! Fast, efficient, friendly. All of my stuff was moved without any problems.

They are cheaper if you pay cash, and they do charge $30 fee (gas) and double mileage. 3 hour minimum. I would definitely use them again!

With all said and done, 3 movers, a 4 hour moving job (plus another hour for the drive back which makes it 5 hours total in reality), $25 extra destination stop (CalState policy fee), and $30 moving service added up to be a total of $500. Honestly guys, this is a pretty good deal with everything considered, including the friendly service and how hard working the movers I had were. In addition, Rodney was nice enough to let us know about Good Deeds moving which he says won't ask for the additional fees such as extra destination stops and what not. Overall, I would be more than happy hiring them again for the next move!

The service is amazing. Todd and Mario were fantastic at handling a couch, queen bed, and LOTS of boxes. They were on time and wrapped everything with protective padding. It's insane that they picked up, moved, dropped off our load from Thousand Oaks to Northridge for under $300.

Seriously consider movers for your next life change. It'll save you time and frustration. They even lined up our goods in my garage with gaps that help unpacking.

Anthony and Luke came to move my third floor one bedroom apartment (including VERY large living room items) and were careful to blanket, tape, and saran wrap anything that was even close to being too fragile. They also disassembled my bed in an astonishingly fast amount of time, and reassembled it at my next apartment in even faster fashion. That might have been the most productive two and a half hours of my life.

Definitely would use CalState again! Thanks dudes!
